Swedish Massage
A gentle relaxation massage for decreasing muscle aches and stress, increasing circulation, and naturally detoxifying the body. Therapist will combine massage and gentle stretches to enhance an overall sense of well being.
Therapeutic/Integrative Massage
The following techniques may be combined with Swedish Massage strokes to treat deep tissue and muscle specific problem areas.
*Trigger Point
Trigger points can cause pain, stiffness, and weakness in skeletal muscles. Therapist will apply a deeper focused pressure on specific points of muscle pain, working with in client’s pain tolerance, to release trigger points.
*Myofascial/Scar Tissue
Special techniques are used to release and realign connective tissues related to stress, past injury, and trauma. Releases help improve balance, posture, and the appearance of scar tissue.
*Injury/ Sports
Individualized techniques designed to improve athletic performance, prevent injury, and rehabilitate muscles after injury or trauma.
